Required Qualifications: A very good level of English is required for participants in this position. Participant should enjoy working on a team and have a friendly, positive attitude. Participant must be able to communicate and receive directions/instructions in English and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires some heavy lifting (35-40 pounds or 16-18 kilograms), standing for long periods and familiarity with U.S. currency. Must be comfortable using cleaning chemicals.
Position Description: Duties include, but are not limited to: making ice cream, making waffle cones, serving customers, taking orders, maintaining the ice cream machine, working the cash register and keeping the work area clean and organized. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Kitchen Assistant

Required Qualifications: A very good level of English is required for participants in this position. Participants must be hardworking, friendly, and able to stand for long periods of time. Participants must be able to handle pork and alcohol, lift at least 30 pounds (13.6 kg), and use cleaning chemicals.
Position Description: Primary duties of the Kitchen Assistants are to assist with prep cook work and to wash dishes. Duties include, but are not limited to maintaining kitchen work areas; washing dishes, utensils, and cookware; sweeping and mopping floors; light preparation of food; assisting cooks in the kitchen; assembling ingredients for items on menu. General cleaning is required, with the use of cleaning chemicals. Other duties may be assigned as necessary by supervisor.
Retail

Position Description: Retail position duties include, but are not limited to, making coffee, milk shakes, and smoothies and cleaning the front seating area and employee section. Duties also include keeping workspace clean, emptying trash from all areas, managing merchandising and inventory, and handling customer purchases and cash. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by the employer as necessary. This position requires following specific instructions on service, as well as a lot of physical activity such as standing for long periods of time.
Dining Room Attendant / Waitstaff

Required Qualifications: An excellent level of English is required for participants in this position. Participants should enjoy working on a team, have a friendly attitude, and be independently motivated. Participant must have barista (coffee making) experience.
Position Description: Participants are responsible for assisting servers and bussers. Duties include, but are not limited to, refilling waters, setting tables, bussing tables, and replenishing linens, glassware, silverware, and dishes. Participants will take orders, serve food, and generally assist dining room and kitchen staff. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor. This position requires standing for long periods of time.
Versatile / Rotating Position
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Required Qualifications: An excellent level of English is required for participants in this position. Participants must have the ability to work in fast-paced environment, have attention to cleanliness, and be customer- oriented and friendly. Must be comfortable using common cleaning chemicals and standing for extended periods of time. Participants with International drivers' licenses are encouraged.
Position Description: The Versatile/Rotating Position rotates between several roles as needed and directed by the General Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Restaurant:
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment. • Prepare home-made pizzas, salads, crepes, etc.
• Take customers’ orders and issue bills and accept payment.
- Housekeeping:
• Clean and restock rooms and rentals and maintain cleanliness in common areas. • Make beds and manage bedding deliveries.
- Maintenance:
• Monitor the campground and keep the campground trash-free. May help with laundry and cleaning the swimming pool.
- Reception:
• Book and manage reservations using our internal software.
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out and manage payments.
• Answer guests’ inquiries and provide tips & advice on current activities in the region.
Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Food and Beverage

Required Qualifications: An excellent level of English is required for participants in this position. Participants must have the ability to work in fast-paced environment, have attention to cleanliness and be customer-oriented and friendly. Must be comfortable with using and handling cleaning chemicals. Participants must have strong interest in the food industry and gastronomy.
Position Description: Food and Beverage Attendant responsibilities include but are not limited to: setting up workstations with needed ingredients and equipment; preparing home-made pizzas, salads, crepes and more; monitoring stock levels; taking and fulfilling customer orders; issuing bills and accepting payment; complying and enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Participant must perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
